The plastic packaging industry is entering a new era shaped by changing economic conditions, intensifying global competition, evolving market dynamics, sustainability targets, and a rapidly transforming regulatory landscape.

This year, PAGEV is proud to organize the 10th PAGEV International Plastic Packaging Congress, where we will explore the challenges and opportunities of this new era under the main theme:

“Competing in a New Era: From Finance to Transformation, from Production to Global Markets”

The Congress will take place on 12 October 2026 at the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Assembly Hall.

Throughout the event, leading experts will address the key issues directly affecting the competitiveness of our industry, including economic and financial developments, raw material markets, exports, packaging design, emerging production and investment needs, as well as regulatory developments such as the PPWR, recyclability, traceability, PFAS restrictions, and heavy metal requirements.

Bringing together distinguished representatives from the public sector, industry, academia, design, certification, and testing communities, the Congress aims not only to assess the changing business and regulatory environment, but also to discuss how the Turkish plastic packaging industry can grow through this transformation, strengthen its competitiveness, and achieve an even stronger position in global markets.
